    Crust:
    2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1/3 cup sugar

    Filling:
    3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Topping:
    2 cups sour cream
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    Mix well and spread on top of cooled cheesecake.

    Mix crumbs, butter and sugar. Press on bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Beat softened cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla in bowl with electric mixer on high speed until creamy. Beat in eggs. Blend in sour cream. Spread in prepared pan. Bake at 350?F for 60 - 70 minutes or until center is set. Turn off oven. Leave cheesecake in oven about an hour with door slightly open. Remove from oven; cool completely. Refrigerate 4-5 hours or overnight. Remove side of pan; ice with topping. Store covered in the refrigerator.
