    CRUMB CRUST:
    In a food processor, mix into crumbs
    1 box chocolate wafers
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. softened butter

    Pat into 10" springform pan, covering the bottom and going about halfway up the sides. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. Let cool while making the filling. Reduce oven to 325 degrees.

    FILLING:

    Mix well in food processor or with mixer:
    24 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar

    Add, 1 at a time, mixing well
    2 eggs

    Mix in well:
    8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
    1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
    2 T. cocoa

    Mix in
    1 pint heavy cream, unwhipped
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Pour filling into baked crust . Bake 50 minutes until center is set. Turn off oven and let cool for 30 minutes. Then open oven door a crack and let cool another 30 minutes. Refrigerate after completely cooled.
