    1 box cake mix (any flavor)

    1 package instant pudding mix (4 ounces)

    TO MAKE CAKE MIX: Blend cake mix and pudding together well. Can be put in 1 large container and 1/3 cup taken out for each cake. OR 1/3 cup can be put in separate little bags.

    BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Generously spray a coffee "MUG". A regular cup would be a little small. Put 1/3 cup of mix in cup. Add 1 egg white, 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and 2 teaspoons of water. Mix well and bake in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Top with frosting or Cool Whip. Enjoy warm or cold.

    Lemon cake mix with lemon pudding

    Yellow cake mix with chocolate pudding

    Devils food cake mix with chocolate pudding

    Strawberry cake mix with vanilla pudding
