    1/2 Cup flour, all-purpose
    1/4 Cup Butter
    2 Tablespoons Powdered sugar
    Pinch Salt
    3/4 Cup Roasted cashew -- Chopped

    Filling
    32 Ounces Cream cheese
    1 1/4 Cups Sugar
    1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
    5 Each Eggs
    2 Tablespoons Heavy cream

    Topping
    1 Cup Sugar
    3 Tablespoons Water
    3/4 Cup Heavy cream
    1 Cup Cashew -- Chopped

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 °

    The butter inside of spring form pan.

    In food processor combine flour butter powdered sugar salt and roasting cashew. Pulse to grind.

    Press mixture into pan and up the sides. Place in oven and bake for approximately fifteen minutes.

    Remove the pan from the oven, cool, wrapped in foil. Reduce oven temperature to 325 °.

    In the stand mixer, creamed the cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

    Add one egg of time until incorporated.

    Pour filling into crust, baking for approximately one hour or until set.

    In a small saucepan combine the sugar and water, bring to a boil and cook until light brown. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and chopped cashew nuts.

    Pour the topping over the cheesecake and chill overnight.
