    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. unsifted all purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. semi sweet mini chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Cream butter or margarine, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture; beating after each addition. Stir in mini chips.
    Pour into a well greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Glaze with Satiny Mini Chip Glaze. (Recipe follows.)
    Satiny Mini Chip Glaze: Bring 2 T. sugar and 2 T. water to boil in small saucepan; stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Immediately add 1/2 c. mini chips, stirring until melted. Continue stirring until desired consistency.
    Cupcake Variation: Fill paper lined 2 1/2 inch muffin tins 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cook and frost as desired. About 3 dozen.
