    Coffee Marshmallow Refrigerator Cake

    In saucepan, dissolve 2 tablespoons instant coffee in 1 cup hot water.
    Add one 10 1/2 pkg miniature marshmallows; cook over low heat, stirring, until marshmallows are melted.
    Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
    Whip 1 cup heavy or whipping cream; fold into coffee mixture.
    Split 18 ladyfingers (cookies); use half to line bottom of 10" x 6" baking pan.
    Cover with half of coffee mixture.
    Repeat, refrigerate.
    To serve: Whip 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream (why not use Cool whip?..lol). Spread over top of cake
    Garnish with chocolate curls.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings
