List of Ingredients




2 to 8 ounces cream cheese, soft
3 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
6 Tablespoons flour
1 pint sour cream
1 Tablespoon vanilla


Recipe



Mix all the above ingredients, moving in the same order as listed. Be sure to mix after each egg. Pour mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. Then place that pan into another pan containing water, about 1/2 inch in depth. Bake for 1-1/2 hours at 375 degrees. When cake is finished baking, open the oven door and let cool for 1 hour. Put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
