    Gooey Soft Chocolate Cakes

    ½ cup semisweet chocolate
    ½ cup butter
    2 whole eggs
    2 egg yolks
    1/3 cup sugar
    ¼ cup flour
    pinch of salt

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400°F. In small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Set aside. Beat eggs with sugar until soft peaks form, using whisk attachment. Gently fold in flour, salt and chocolate mixture. Pour into buttered and floured muffin tins or ramekins. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool briefly and loosen with knife. Remove from muffin tins to serving plates or serving in individual ramekins
