1 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. honey
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. melted butter
2 T. heavy cream
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. almond extract
1/4 t. salt
9-inch unbaked pie shell


Recipe



Preheat oven to 375. Blend all ingredients except crust in mixing bowl. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40-50 min., until crust is set and filling golden. Let cool t least 2 hours before cutting.
