    4 LAYERS: cake, blueberries, cream cheese, crumble
    It's simpler than the number of layers suggests.

    Preheat oven 375F. Grease and flour a 8x10-inch baking pan.

    LAYER 1:
    1/3 cup butter, softened
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    3/4 cup flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 cup blueberries

    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Beat in baking powder and flours.
    Stir in blueberries.

    LAYER 2:
    1 cup blueberries

    Spread blueberries over layer 1.

    LAYER 3:
    6 oz cream cheese, softened
    4 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice

    Mix together well; drop by spoonfuls over the blueberries.

    LAYER 4:
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    4 tbsp butter, softened

    Mix sugar with cinnamon.
    Stir in the flours.
    Mix in butter to get crumbly consistency.
    Sprinkle over cream cheese layer.

    Bake 30 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
