    Madonna's Pink Champagne Cake

    1 white cake mix
    1 can strawberry soda (12 oz)
    1 tsp rum or brandy flavoring (rum is best)
    red food coloring (a few drops if you like a nice pink color)
    4 egg whites

    Recipe



    Mix according to cake mix directions, add egg whites in place of eggs & add soda for water
    Bake according to cake mix directions
    Frost with a butter frosting
    Serves 10 to 15

    Very moist

    Lemon cake can be made using a lemon mix or yellow mix, adding egg whites and lemon lime soda
