    1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    8 T melted butter
    3 T sugar
    3 (8-oz) pkgs cream cheese
    1 c sugar
    2 eggs
    1 (8-oz) pkg Semisweet chocolate squares
    2 T whipping cream or milk
    1 c sour cream
    1/2 c strong coffee
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine the first 3 ingredients and press into the bottom of 8" springform pan
    Combine remaining ingredients and beat together
    Pour mixture over crumbs
    Bake 350° 45-60 mins until set
    Dust top with powdered sugar and chocolate curls
    Refrigerate
