Peanut Butter Coffee Cake

2 c Bisquick
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c smooth peanut butter
1 egg
3/4 c milk
1/2 c orange marmalade


Recipe



Combine biscuit mix and sugar. Cut in peanut butter.

Beat egg and milk with fork and add to biscuit mixture. Beat 30 seconds with spoon.
Put into greased 9" layer cake pan. Spread with marmalade.

Bake 400° 25 minutes. While warm drizzle with frosting. Serve warm or cold from pan.

Frosting:


Blend 3/4 c powdered sugar, dash of salt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, and 1 Tbsp. milk.
