    1/3 cup butter
    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts chopped fine
    12 oz cream cheese
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c creamy peanut butter
    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c fresh lemon juice
    1 (4 1/2 oz) Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Melt butter; stir in crumbs & peanuts; save 2 T for garnish; press in bottom of springform pan
    Chill while preparing filling
    Place in mixer & beat cheese & peanut butter until fluffy
    Add milk & beat until smooth
    Stir in juice & vanilla
    Fold in Cool Whip
    Turn into prepared pan & garnish with reserved crumbs
    Chill 2-3 hours
