    Pineapple Macadamia Nut Cake

    1 - 8 oz carton pineaple yogurt
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 - 6 oz pkg. frozen coconut
    1 box white cake mix
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Grease and lightly flour a Bundt pan. Combine yogurt and
    coconut and stir to mix. In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, water,
    coconut flavoring, and yogurt/coconut mixture. Beat on low for 30 seconds.
    Then beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Stir in macadamia nuts. Pour
    into prepared pan and bake for 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick comes out
    clean when inserted into center of cake. Remove from pan immediately.
