9 egg yolks
9 Tbs. sugar
9 Tbs. oil
9 Tbs. flour
9 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 oz. bittersweet chocolate grated
5 oz. shredded coconut


Recipe



Beat yolks, sugar, oil and flour and pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch oblong pan. Make a topping by beating egg whites with sugar until stiff. Fold in the chocolate and coconut. Spread over the batter. Bake in a preheated 350F oven about 30 minutes or tested done with a toothpick. Cool and cut.
