    1 package of any chocolate cake mix
    1 tin of sweetened condensed milk...not evaporated milk
    1 jar of butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
    8 ounce tub of whipped topping
    4 chocolate covered toffee bars, crumbled

    Recipe



    First of all put your scales under the bed for a week then;
    Mix chocolate cake according to the directions on the box, and pour into a
    9 x 13 inch cake tin.Remove the cake from the oven when a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean Next poke holes in the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour the condensed milk into the holes, then pour the ice cream topping over the milk and frost with the whipped topping. Sprinkle the candy bar pieces over the top.
    Refrigerate until time to serve
