    Unusual Blueberry Cheese Cake

    1 pkg blueberry muffin mix
    1/4 cup soft butter
    1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
    1/2 cup blueberry preserves
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 T lemon juice
    1 envelope dream whip mixed as directed

    Recipe



    Mix together muffin mix and butter, until crumbly. (reserve 1 T crumbs)
    Press remaining crumbs in bottom and sides of greased 9" pie plate.
    Bake 7-10 minutes in 375° oven. Cool.
    Beat cream cheese and sugar and lemon juice till smooth.
    Beat dream whip as package directions say and fold into cream cheese mixture.
    Spread blueberry preserves on top of cooled crust.
    Spread cream cheese mixture on top of that.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Chill
