List of Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup margarine softened
3 eggs
1 cup of nuts, chopped
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9xl3 inch pan with Pam
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, margarine and one of the eggs, and nuts
Spread mixture in the bottom of the pan
In a separate bowl mix together powdered sugar, remaining two eggs and cream cheese
Spread over the mixture in the pan
Bake for 40 minutes
Cool before cutting into squares
This cake will not look done when you remove it, but will be ok after it has cooled. This was served at a retirement party and everyone asked for the recipe! It is very good
