    Baked Sauerkraut With Corned Beef Hash

    1 (28-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 (16-ounce) can corned beef hash
    1 cup tomato juice
    2 tablespoons chopped onions
    2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    1 strip bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Layer sauerkraut in bottom of prepared dish. Combine corned beef hash, tomato juice, onions and horseradish. Spread over sauerkraut. Arrange bacon over top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until done.

    Serving quantity: Serves 8.
