    1/2 cup butter
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
    1 pound shrimp, boiled, peeled and deveined
    1 pound crabmeat
    3/4 cup cooked brown rice
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    Cajun seasoning to taste
    Cheddar cheese, grated (for topping

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

    Melt butter in cast iron skillet and saute onion and bell pepper.

    Add soup and cream cheese; mix well. Add shrimp, crabmeat, rice, and mushrooms. Add Cajun seasoning to taste. Pour into 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese.

    Bake at 450 degrees F until bubbly.
