    3 eggs
    1 heaping Tablespoon flour
    1 cup milk
    2 cups corn, fresh or frozen
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tablespoons butter
    a 9 inch unbaked pie crust

    Recipe



    Beat eggs and flour. Add milk
    Add corn and seasoning
    Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter
    Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set
