    Boiled water added Old Bay seasoning
    boiled lobster tails for 5 mins and removed an cooled

    in a bowl
    1 palm full of italian breadcrumbs
    1 palm of shredded parmsean
    shopped parsley (flat leaf)
    old bay seasoning (eyeballed) salt & pepper
    worceshire(sp?) sauce a few shakes
    1 lemon juiced
    1 can of real crab meat w/ leg meat
    chopped cooked lobster

    mix well
    fill two baking bowls and top with more cheese
    bake 425 15-20 mins
