1 pound ground beef
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 (14 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
8 ounces fusilli (spirals), medium shells, or penne pasta, cooked and drained
Recipe
In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain.
Stir together tomatoes and beefy onion soup mix and stir into ground beef in skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring with spoon to crush tomatoes. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
Remove from heat with wire whisk; blend in sour cream.
Toss with hot cooked pasta. Serve immediately.
