    1 package (12 oz.) large elbow macaroni (4 cups dried pasta)
    1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
    1 pound lean ground beef OR turkey
    1 package (1 oz.) Lawry's Taco Spices & Seasonings
    2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Colby longhorn cheese
    2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mild cheddar cheese
    2 cups milk
    3 eggs, beaten

    Recipe



    In large stockpot, boil macaroni in unsalted water just until tender. Drain and toss with Seasoned Salt. Meanwhile in medium skillet, brown ground meat; drain fat. Stir in Taco Spices & Seasonings. Spray 13x9x2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of macaroni in bottom of dish. Top with half of cheeses. Spread taco meat over top and repeat layers of macaroni and cheeses. In medium bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Pour egg mixture over top of casserole. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.

    Makes 4 to 6 servings.

    Meal Suggestion: Serve with Fresh or canned fruit.

    Variation: For more spicy flavor, try using Lawry's Spices & Seasonings for Chili instead of Taco Spices & Seasonings.
