    1/3 cup Grey Poupon Honey Mustard or Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    3 tablespoons apricot preserves
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)

    Recipe



    Blend mustard, apricot preserves, and ginger.
    Brush some of the mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaing mixture frequently until done.

    Yield: 4 servings
