    1/3 cup celery
    2 T. green onion, chopped
    6 T. butter or margarine
    2/3 cup water
    2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (5 1/3-oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 cup pecans, chopped
    2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
    1 cup (4oz.) Swiss cheese, grated
    2/3 cup water
    1/4 tsp. parsley

    Recipe



    Saute celery and green onion in butter or
    margarine. Add water and stuffing mix. Stir
    and set aside. Combine eggs, evaporated milk,
    1/4 cup of pecans and chicken. Pour into greased
    8-inch skillet and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
    Cover with herb stuffing mix and remaining
    pecans. Cook over medium-low heat for 10-15
    minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4-6 servings.
