    Chicken with Curry Dill Sauce

    2 T. butter
    2 T. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash pepper
    1 C. milk
    1/4 C. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    6 bone-in chicken breast halves
    1 T. vegetable oil

    Recipe



    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add the flour, salt and pepper; stir until smooth.

    Gradually add milk and bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Add the mayonnaise, dill and curry; stir until smooth. Set aside.

    In a skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in oil.

    Place in a greased shallow 3-qt. baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 50-60 minutes or until meat juices run clear.

    Yeild; 6 servings
