    1/3 cup minced red onion
    1 tsp. bottled minced garlic
    1/2 cup thick ketchup
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 T. honey
    1 T. Worcestershire sauce
    1 T. cream-style horseradish
    2 tsp. Creole seasoning
    12 slices lean smoked bacon
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    Lemon wedges
    Fresh parsley

    In medium saucepan, mix together red onion, garlic, ketchup, lemon juice, basil, olive oil, honey, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and Creole seasoning. Place over low heat and cook, stirring, until well blended, about 5 minutes. Wrap 2 slices of bacon, one at a time, around each chicken breast, taking care to tuck ends of bacon. Brush chicken with sauce and arrange on rack in shallow baking pan. Place in 375-degree oven and bake about 45 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with sauce and turning twice. Remove chicken to bed of parsley on platter and garnish with lemon wedges. Pass remaining sauce. Makes 6 servings.
