    Oven-Crisped Orange Chicken

    1 beaten egg
    1/2 of a 6-ounce can (1/3 cup) frozen orange juice, thawed
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon paprika
    3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
    chicken parts

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Combine the egg, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce; stir to mix well.

    In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and paprika. Put melted butter in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

    Dip chicken pieces in the orange-soy mixture, then coat with crumbs. Place chicken skin side up in baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs.

    Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Do not turn.
