    1 15 oz can Northern Beans (undrained)
    1 to 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
    3 tbsp chopped sundried tomatoes
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    Cooking spray
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

    Separate the green leaves from the rosemary stems; discard the
    stems. Chop leaves to equal 2 tsp (or use 3/4 tsp dried rosemary).
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Wash hands. Preheat large nonstick
    skillet on medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Spray pan with cooking
    spray. Using tongs, add chicken to pan, sprinkle with rosemary, salt
    and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally or until no longer
    pink. Add Northern Beans, sundried tomatoes and broth. Heat to a
    boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon
    into bowls; top with the broth.
