    Shrimp (med size)
    Chicken Breast (cut into similar size of the shrimp)
    Onions (at least one a larger size) (for Flaming Volcano)
    Cooking Sherry (for the Flaming Volcano)
    Fresh Garlic clove
    Fresh Broccoli
    Ginger Root (better taste then powder)
    Water Chestnuts (sliced)
    Bean Sprouts
    White Pepper
    Fresh Lemon
    White Wine (Joe prefers Chardonnay)
    Soy Sauce
    Fresh Parsley
    White Rice (bed of rice)
    Chicken Broth
    Table spoon of Corn Starch


    Preparation: Cut up Chicken breast, place in bowl, Shrimp in bowl, ½ lb of butter, sliced onion, VERY thin sliced garlic, grated Ginger root,drained sliced water chestnuts. Chop up Fresh Parsley. Slice two lemons in half.


    Cook: Heat up pan, spread butter to base pan, place chicken, shrimp and broccoli on pan. Add butter on top to melt in. Squeeze lemon ontop. After about 5 minutes, add garlic and onion, sprinkle white pepper, chopped fresh parsley, 1 table spoon of grated ginger root, Add in More butter, lemon and add some Soy sauce. About 1/4 cup. Pour on 1/3 cup of white wine (chardonnay). As this cooks, (approx 15 minutes) continue reusing the run off juice. During this process, Cut larger onion in half against grain and restack into a volcano shape on hot plate. Pour Sherry into onion and light with lighter type device. Flame will flow out the top of onion volcano for for a few seconds. Chop up onion, cook for couple more minutes.

    VERY IMPORTANT TO CONTINUE TO REUSE RUNOFF JUICES.

    Take one cup of Chicken broth and heat up. Mix in 1 table spoon of corn starch.

    Cook white rice. Add in water, t-spoon of salt and table spoon of vegetable oil. (helps from sticking)

    Place generous amount of rice on plate, place cooked food on top or to side of rice, pending personal choice. Put chicken broth mixture on top of both rice and food. (place un-chopped parsley leaf on top of rice for decorative purpose).
