    List of Ingredients

1 pkg. Fresh or Individually Fresh Frozen Chicken Wings
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. red pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt

    Reduced-calorie bleu cheese salad dressing

    1. Mix oil, vinegar, pepper sauce, chili powder, garlic powder and salt in medium bowl. Rinse wings; pat dry. Add wings and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

    2. Set oven to broil. Place chicken in rectangular pan, 13" x 9" x 2", lined with aluminum foil. Broil about 4 inches from heat 7 to 10 minutes (longer for frozen). Turn; broil until chicken is done, about 7 minutes longer for fresh, more for frozen. Serve with bleu cheese dressing.

    Makes 20 appetizers.
