    12 chicken wings
    2 onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 chili pod
    1 teaspoon paprika
    3 tablespoon tomato paste
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    freshly ground white pepper

    Recipe



    1. Wash the chicken wings and pat dry. Peel the onions and cloves of garlic and chop very finely. Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds and chop finely.

    2. Add the chopped onions, cloves of garlic, chili, and paprika to the tomato paste. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of hot water and balsamic vinegar. Season with sugar, salt and freshly ground pepper.

    3. Brush the chicken wings with the chili sauce and let stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Line the barbecue grid with foil and grill the chicken wings for about 10 minutes, turning several times. Serve the chicken wings with baked potatoes and grilled corncobs.
