    1 bunch Peapods
    1 pound raw Shrimp
    1 pound Noodles
    1/2 pound Bean sprouts, fresh
    4 sliced Water chestnuts
    1 stalk, sliced Celery
    1 clove Garlic
    2 slices Ginger roots
    1/2 Onion, sliced

    Let shrimp thaw on paper towel, sprinkle with salt totake away fishy smell. Sprinkle shrimp with marinade made from 2 slices ginger root, 2 tbsps. water,, salt and a few drops of oil. Put 2 tbsps. water, 2 tbsps. starch and 2 tbsps. soy sauce together for gravy. Cook noodles and rinse in clear water. Heat fry pan hot, add 3 or 4 tbsps. oil, noodles, salt and fry like pancake until lightly brown on both sides. Put in oven to keep warm. In hot fry pan add 3 tbsps. oil (add a little salt to keep oil from spattering) cook all vegetables quicky. Cover and cook about 4 min. Put in dish in oven to keep warm. Add oil to hot pan - turn low - add garlic and shrimp turning until pink. Add vegetables, and sauce for gravy thickening. Arrange fried noodles around edge of large platter which haa been heated and arrange shrimp and vegetables in center. Keep platter on Salton hot plate if you have one or it may be served right from fry pan.
