12 Egg yolks
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups light cream
12 egg whites
3 cups whipping cream



Recipe



In large punch bowl combine egg yolks and granulated sugar. Beat till lemon coloured and thick, then slowly add light cream. Beat to blend well and chill one hour or overnight to allow egg to mellow. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat whipping cream in large bowl. Fold in egg whites, then add to egg yolk mixture in punch bowl. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and place in sprig of holly on top.
