List of Ingredients




1 cup of margarine
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of honey
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 1/2 cups of flour
1 package of bite-size Snickers candy bars


Cream together the first five ingredients. Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour. Mix thoroughly.
Cut the Snickers in half. Wrap the dough around each piece and roll the dough ball in sugar. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350ºF. preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the tops are brown and crack open. Remove from the oven and flatten each cookie with a spatula. Makes 6 dozen cookies
