    1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup melted butter
    3- 8oz packages cream cheese
    1- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
    3 eggs
    1- 14oz can pumpkin pie filling
    1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground nutmeg
    Maple Pecan Glaze

    Preheat oven to 350F. Combine crumbs, sugar & butter, press firmly into bottom of 9" spring form pan. Beat cheese until fluffy, gradually add in milk until smooth. Add eggs, pumpkin, maple syrup, cinnamon & nutmeg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until edge springs back when lightly touched. Center will be slightly soft. Cool, then chill 2-4 hours. Drizzle with glaze. Refrigerate.

    Maple Pecan Glaze
    3/4 cup pure maple syrup
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup whipping cream

    In saucepan, combine the maple syrup & whipping cream. Boil rapidly 15-20 minutes until thickened. Add chopped pecans.
