    No-Cook Cran-Apple Orange Relish

    1 bag (12 ounces) cranberries (3 cups), picked over
    2 Granny Smith apples, unpeeled, cored, and cut into large chunks
    1/3 cup sweet orange marmalade
    1/3 cup sugar

    Recipe



    1. In food processor with knife blade attached, combine cranberries, apples, marmalade, and sugar; pulse until coarsely chopped.

    2. Spoon relish into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until well chilled, at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
