    1 egg white
    4 cups pecan halves
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Beat egg white until foamy. Add pecan halves and stir
    gently until coated. Set aside.

    Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. sprinkle over pecans
    and stir gently until coated. Spread pecans onto a
    lightly greased jellyroll pan. Bake at 300 degrees for
    30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Cool completely
    and store in airtight container.
