    1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
    1 Tsp. Baking Soda
    1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    1/4 Cup Butter, softened
    1 Cup Sugar
    2 Large Eggs
    1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
    2 Cups - Peeled Chopped Cooking Apples
    1 Cup Fresh Cranberries
    1/2 Cup Walnuts or Pecans, chopped (optional)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" or 10" loaf pan. Set aside. Mix together in a medium bowl flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture to egg mixture, stirring until blended. Stir in apples, cranberries, and walnuts. Batter will be thick. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until wooden pick inserted in bread comes out clean. Let stand in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Serve immediately or wrap and freeze up to three months.

    Try mixing cream cheese with orange marmalade for a great spread to put on this bread.
