    1- 2lb bag Cubed hash browns (frozen)
    2 reg cans Lipton Mushroom Soup
    2 tbl chopped onion
    16 oz Sour Cream
    2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 tube Ritz Crackers
    1/2 stick butter

    Recipe



    Mix in large bowl hash brown potatoes (still frozen is fine), mushroom
    soup, sour cream, onion and cheese. Spead into a 9 x 13 cake pan. In smaller
    bowl crumble crackers and pour melted butter over it and mix. Spead crumb
    mix on top of potatoe mixture and bake for 45 - 60 minutes on 350. The edges
    will be more brown than the center so you may want to cover edges with foil
    until nearly done. It is done when the center is hot.

    Put the gravy on the dressing and forget the mashed potatoes.
