    1/2 cup pecans
    2/3 Cup graham cracker crumbs or 5 grahams crushed
    2 TBL sugar
    3TBL butter melted
    2 Lg. egg yolks
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 Cup fresh lemmon juice

    Recipe



    1.preheat oven 350 degrees with the rack on the lowest level..spread pecans on a cookie sheet and toast them until golden about 10 min.

    2. in a food processor finely grind graham crackers sugar and pecans. add the butter and process until completly combined.

    3. press mixture into bottom of 9 in. pie pan. bake until crust is slightly browned about 8 min....let it cool on a rack.

    4. in a large bowl beat the egg yolks with the condensed milk. stir in the lemon juice. spoon filling into cooled pie crust. Bake until filling is set and crust is golden brown around the edges. about 15 min let it cool slightly then refridgerate until well chilled at least an hour.
