List of Ingredients




( Crust)
1 cup of flour
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick of butter( cubed)
1 cup of pecan halves
3/4 cup of quick cooking oats

Process the first 4 ingredients, add the pecans and process again. Add the oats. Mix well and press 3-1/2 cups onto the bottom of a well buttered 9x9" square baking dish

Transfer remaining crumbs to a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
Bake the crust for 30 minutes. Oven temperature set at 350.

Ingredients( Filling)
Process all
8-oz cream cheese
3/4 cup of canned pumpkin
1/2 cup of sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp cinnanmon
1 tsp ginger
Spread over the warm crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Ingredients(Topping)
Mix all

1 cup of sour cream
2 Tbs sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
Spread over the hot filling and finally sprinkle with the reserved crust mixture
