    2/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnimon
    1/2tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1 cup pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1 2/3 to 1 1/2 cups scalded milk with 2 Tlbs butter

    Recipe



    Beat eggs
    Add pumpkin ,sugar & spices and mix well
    Add milk and butter
    Pour in shell and bake at 400 for 10 minutes then 350 until done = until silver knife comes out clean
