    3 Large Sweet Potatoes
    4 Tablespoons (1/2 Stick) of Butter
    2 Eggs
    1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla
    1/2 Cup Sugar

    TOPPING:
    1/3 Cup Butter, melted and cooled
    1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
    1/2 Cup Flour
    1 Cup Chopped Pecans

    Recipe



    Bake the sweet potatoes in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven until tender (approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour). Then remove the outer skin and mash the potatoes.

    Combine potatoes, 4 tablespoons butter, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla, and sugar. Mix and then spread in a baking dish.

    Mix the topping ingredients and spread over the potato mixture. Bake at 350-degrees Fahrenheit until hot.
