    1 bag (11 oz.) butterscotch morsels
    1 can (8.5 oz.) chow mein noodles
    3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    1 1/2 (+/-) cups salted peanuts

    Recipe



    Melt butterscotch morsels in the microwave, stir in peanut butter. Pour noodles and peanuts into large bowl and pour butterscotch/peanut butter mixture over this. Mix well so that everything is coated well. Scoop out by spoonfuls onto wax paper and put in refrigerator until ready to serve (at least 2 hours). Save in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
