2 sleeves saltine crackers
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 (8-ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Red pepper to taste

Recipe



Spread crackers with butter and place on large cookie sheet. Sprinkle with grated cheese and red pepper. Place under broiler until cheese bubbles. Remove from oven. When oven is cool, set at 150 degrees and bake crackers for 8 hours. Store in airtight container.
