    3oz cream cheese
    3 eggs
    2T vanilla
    2cups sweet condensed milk
    15oz cream of coconut
    42oz sweet flaked coconut
    4tsp baking powder
    2cups cake flour
    36oz Ghiradelli chocolate chips
    3cups toasted sliced almonds

    Cream Together:cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, sweet condensed milk, and cream of coconut Add to mixture and mix well: sweet flaked coconut, baking powder, and cake flour Add to mixture and mix well: Ghiradelli chocolate chips, toasted sliced almonds Preheat oven to 320 Line cookie sheet with parchement paper and drop cookies by spoon Bake for 12-15 minutes or until very light brown Cool cookies and melt remaining chocolate Drizzle cookies with chocolate and sprinkle with remaining almonds

    6-8 dozen
