    1 17.25-oz. package frozen puff pastry, thawed
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbs. granulated sugar
    1 11.5-oz. package chocolate chips, divided

    On a floured surface, roll 1 sheet of puff pastry into a 14x10-inch rectangle. Combine cream cheese and sugar in a small bowl. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border on 1 long side. Sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips. Roll up, starting with the long side covered with cream cheese. Seal edge by dampening with water. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 375º.

    Cut rolls crosswise into 1-inch thick slices. Place cut side up on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
